· 7:45am Didactic Educational Conference -- ASES Curriciulum 

· 8:30am clinic starts at Levy Shoulder Center

            o  40-50 patients typically on schedule

·  See New Patients

·  Responsible for dictations of new patients, workers compensation patients, automobile insurance patients, and patients you have evaluated that require surgery

·  Lead pre-op Conference for Tuesday’s OR

·  OR at West Boca Medical Center 2nd Floor 

·  6:30am arrival and 7:00 start

·  6-8 Open cases (i.e. TSA, RSP, TEA, Fractures, etc.)

·  2 rooms, 2 teams

·  Round on patients before clinic

·  Every other Wednesday, 7:45am research meeting at Holy Cross Orthopedic Institute conference room

·  8:30am clinic starts at Levy Shoulder Center

·  Lead pre-op Conference for Thursday’s & Friday’s OR

·  OR at West Boca Outpatient Surgical Center

·  7-10 outpatient cases predominantly arthroscopy

·  Help PA with Clinic when done in OR

·  Pre-op Clinic 8:30am-12:00pm

·  Review all necessary special order items for next week clinic (ie allografts, special equipment or implants necessary)

·  One Friday each month -- OR at West Boca Medical Center 2nd Floor 

      o  6-8 Open cases (i.e. TSA, RSP, TEA, Fractures, etc.)
